Hidden Ridge Resort
train noisy (horn) all night long. Couldn't sleep well. Parking area is so confusing. People parking every where... better to have a reserved spot for each apartment. all Staff was really polite!! Thanks you!

Tunnel Mountain Resort
Love the room layout with the loft bedroom as the master suite. The location is excellent as it close to the Banff townsite but just removed enough to be peaceful.

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
More of a mountain getaway than accommodation downtown. Staff very friendly. Heat in room was overpowering in night.

HI Banff Alpine Centre - Hostel
First time staying in a hostel and this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, free bear spray to check out each day, free bus pass, large lockers and under bed storage. The restaurant and bar had great food and drink options at an affordable price.

Otter Hotel
Fantastic property. Gorgeous design, amazing staff. In particular the bar staff were great. The hot tubs are amazing with an epic view of the mountains. Bit of a walk into downtown Banff (15/20 mins), but they give you a free Roam bus pass for the duration of your stay so you can get downtown easily. ...
