"Het echtpaar wat dit hotel runt heeft geen enkele affiniteit met klanten.Goedendag zeggen is al een probleem. Heb hier 3 weken gezeten, vroeg of ik de laatste dag iets langer op de kamer kon blijven, geen sprake van. De hotelbezetting was 20%"

"When I arrived at the Hotel and show my booking, paid through Expedia webpage, they did not have the booking, they said they are not listed with Expedia and did not honor the price I paid. "There was a sewage smell in the entire lobby level, including the breakfast area and GingerFire restaurant. The smell was very unpleasant and disgusting while dining. The lunch menu of Ginger Fire is very limited. For example, almost every dish comes with rice or rice noodle. It makes it very hard for a group of 3 or more to share dishes together because you would end with eating pineapple rice with a Phat Thai. The dinner menu is better and should be open for lunch as well. "
