"As a solo traveller staying for 1 night in a King bed room, I enjoyed my short stay at the Hyatt Regency Airport Hotel. This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I arrived in the evening around 7pm, then checked out the next morning at 6am.
I arrived at the hotel by walking through the tunnel from the airport, which is air conditioned and about 10 minutes walk (good to stretch the legs after my flight). The check-in was a bit confusing because I was asked to line up on the wrong side of the check-in desk, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and told me that I had been upgraded.
The room was on the 3rd floor with a view overlooking the pool. It was very spacious and the bed was huge, with very comfortable pillows. The TV was huge but I think the remote had a flat battery which I didn't bother asking to get it fixed. The bathroom and shower facilities were clean and spacious, and the room also had a nice bathtub.
The room was peaceful and quiet, perfect to get some sleep before my early morning flight.
After checking out in the morning I took the complimentary shuttle to the airport arrivals area to check-in to my flight.
I didn't use any of the other facilities at the hotel, but instead caught a taxi (about 10 minutes) to visit local food areas for dinner. The bar and restaurant areas did look nice, and I would definitely stay there again."
