We stay her often, and are always happy. The location, all the shops in Terminal 21, and the gate to BTS Sky train makes this the perfect hotel for families in Bangkok

I loved this hotel! When I return to Bangkok I plan to stay here again. It was clean, staff were friendly and the amenities alone were worth every penny! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

It was upsetting that they had no alcohol on the property and that one of the restaurants wasn’t in service. Eating dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant and they still charged us for the tea that was displayed even though we had been at breakfast a couple hours prior.

I had a great stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — it’s directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which offers a huge variety of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. It’s also right next to both the BTS and MRT stations, making it super convenient to travel around Bangkok. The area is lively but still feels safe and clean. There are plenty of food options, from street food to international cuisine, all within walking distance. I also appreciated having 7-Eleven and other convenience stores nearby for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Overall, it's a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great access to everything Bangkok has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
