"The house is very new, clean, and super comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but still close to lots of restaurants you can just walk to. Beds are new and really comfy. The kitchen got basic stuff for cooking simple meals, which was great. "I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and a 7-11 right around the corner. The park is only a short walk away. The house is very clean, beautiful woodwork and well decorated. The owner was great to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Bangkok."

"Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived."
