Super pretty garden and pool, handy to public transport, staff were super friendlly and helpful, great service.. But walls were super thin and unfortunately could hear the next door room having x and had to explain to my 12yr old child what that noise was

Lovely hotel, great staff and facilities. Lovely hidden pool, feels so calm even though so close the the chaos of the busy street a one minute walk away. A little bit far from the centre of bangkok but taxis and grab make it accessible easily.

Lovely little hotel nestled away in pincalo, quiet and peaceful hotel setting in a busy area. Sadly wasn't easy to get around but first time in Bangkok and lacked local knowledge. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was basic, comfortable and clean. If you want to stay in pincalo I highly recommend staying at Charlie house.

Quiet, cozy, relaxing garden environment. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Bed is comfortable. Professional and friendly staff. Only draw back is the long walk from the hotel to the Main Street. But the hotel has a buggy service that takes you to the main road and pick you up.

The courtyard with the trees, pond and pool were beautiful-an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. The hotel entry was at the end of a long alley (250metres) and cars cannot drive through so you have to walk with luggage. The alley is busy so we felt very safe at all times -the laundry kiddie corner to the entrance is amazing! Quick and cheap. The breakfast is 400thai baht. Id say eat elsewhere. There are mom and pop convience stores everywhere- skip 7/11. There are two malls close by with great food. Walking distances-10 minutes-The room was great with amazing AC. Would recommend if you dont have mobility issues

Beautifully maintained gardens and swimming pool area. An oasis of tranquility with birdsong, incredible for the centre of Bangkok. Comfortable bed, good wifi for video work calls and a very good shower. Location is ideal for all the roadside food stands and night markets around 10-15 mins walk. Breakfast buffet is a little limited: white bread (a toaster is provided), fruit jam (conserve), choice of cereals (chocolate flakes, muesli, cornflakes), yoghurt and sachets of coffee, tea, hot chocolate. A bit noisy in the road outside, with the occasional late-night and early morning scooters but nothing serious. We loved the environment and pool area and will definitely return here when in Bangkok.

We checked in and the room seems ok. When one of us went to use the facility, water was not going down. Shower did not have hot water in one room, we had to use the 2nd room we had. When checking out, 2 in our group was running 15 mins late and we asked if we could check out before 12:30 instead of 12 noon. We were told 'NO'. The front desk lady was pretty mean.

繁華街から離れた落ち着いたホテル

夜中3時過ぎのチェックインを快く受けてくれました。事前のメールにもすぐに返事をもらえました。 部屋は広く清潔です。シャワーは湯量も多く、温度もとても高く快適です。 繁華街から遠いので、グラブを使う機会は多いです。朝8:00を過ぎると大渋滞が起きるので、グラブのコストも上がります。 周辺にはコンビニ、ナイトマーケットがありとても便利です。 敷地内には自然がいっぱいで疲れて帰ってきた夜や早起きした朝にとても癒やされます。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。

Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Schöner Garten. Laute Bauarbeiten auf dem Nebengrundstück. In Zukunft wird auf dem Nebengrundstück wohl ein Gebäude stehen und der jetzige Blick auf eine Wiese nicht mehr existieren. Kleiner Pool. Am Vortag meiner Abreise sagte einer der Mitarbeiter mir zu bei der Suche nach einem Taxi behilflich zu sein. Was er leider nicht tat und ich so kein Taxi fand und meinen Flug verpasste.

プール付きのとっても雰囲気のある素敵なリゾートホテルでした。スタッフさんもみんな優しくて安心して泊まることができました。 日本と違い、ホテルといってもパジャマやドライヤー、歯ブラシなどは置いてないので持参したほうがいいと思います。
