The Chatrium is truly a Grand Hotel in a fantastic Bangkok location. Outstanding customer service, luxurious accommodation, fabulous food and stunning views, made this the best hotel we’ve stayed at when visiting Bangkok. Thoroughly recommend a Lounge Club room as the staff, food and city views, especially at nighttime, are amazing.

Hidden location but very convenient to access Siam Paragon in a minute with the shuttle operated almost every 5 minutes. Perfect for enjoying the proximity to the mall and BTS and yet avoiding the crowds. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Overall the service is fantastic.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, great rooms, great pool area on the 7th floor, fantastic choices at breakfast but most of all, all the friendly staff who work there are a credit to the hotel.
