My wife and stay at this hotel every time we come to Bangkok. It is reasonably priced and the staff are great. When the wheels on our suitcase were broken during transit, the fellow at the concierge, Prompat Buasuang, arranged to have it repaired. The suitcase is now ready for us to pick up when we return to the hotel in May. Our favourite tailor, Moon River by VJ, is conveniently located, as is Terminal 21.

Absolute gem of a hotel with awesome concierge

Fabulous stay with FourPoints Sukhumvit. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Concierge especially were amazing throughout our stay. There were treats left for my birthday (cake & decorations), breakfast staff were great with my food allergies, and did I mention how good the concierge were? The room was clean and a great size, the maid service efficient, bed very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar were a treat to use too. The hotel tuk tuk to local points was also great fun. In a great area for shopping, restaurants, sights and transport. We stayed on the recommendation of family, would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again.
