Great Hotel to Stay at Near IconSiam

This is the best Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly, it's very clean, and everything is so modern. The location is great to, the large mall IconSiam is located right across the street from the hotel and public transit is right at the lobby's entrance.

Everything is great condition. The service is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good which just next building to the largest mall for food and shopping. They have private drop off area as well

The hotel is conveniently located, next to the monorail and less than 5 minutes walk to Icon Siam, an iconic mall in Bangkok. Water transportation is available at Icon Siam which can be used to travel to major attractions along the river such as Wat Arun and Grand Palace.

I booked a room with breakfast for 3 nights and the food selection and variety was great! Room was always spotless clean and they provided 2 free water bottles and 2 towels daily. Great hotel

It's a beautiful new hotel, i would give it 5 star. The location is great, the staff are welcoming and very professional and smiles. The river view is a bit far from the hotel but still nice. Breakfast is quite nice and very tasty. The beds are very comfy and the towels are new and very big. Thanks for a very nice 40th anniversary decoration and cake and personal blessing card, we were excited to find out all those surprises at arrival. We would come again for sure. You have made us very happy. .

Room was small but very clean. Air conditioner kept turning off at nighttime so the room could get too warm for sleeping. No concierge service available - no help for suitcases delivered to the room. Convenient location to ICON Siam big shopping mall, ferry and train system. This is more like a self-service hotel.

Excellent front desk and fantastic staff at the restaurant!!! Breakfast is superb! Clean food market beside the hotel, a luxury mall (ICONSIAM) connected to the hotel's building, plus a shopping center in the hotel's building. Taking a taxi is easy and safe. An excellent family choice!
