Location was great and staff were so lovely. The hotel was basic but well worth the money. Only downside was the pool was very small and didnt look like the photos but wasn’t a problem.

nice simple hotel in great location close to BTS. Hotel is fairly noisy as very popular with Mainland Chinese tourists but overall good hotel in good location. Limited breakfast choice but plenty of places close by for breakfast.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and respectful. It was the best hotel that I ever stayed in, in my whole life! The breakfast is excellent and the cleaning staff are very hard working. If this hotel had apartments, I would rent from them in a heartbeat! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had by far.

New-looking hotel in Ratchathewi, friendly staff and tuktuk available on-demand 9am-6pm to BTS except Sun and Mon, which is room for improvement. Three 7-11s on the way to BTS, totally convenient!

Rooms were very clean and in good condition, breakfast was nice and a good choice menu. Only thing poor was the pool, it was the size of an average jacuzzi, there is no bar so no relaxing by the pool with a coctail.

Staff is friendly. But hygiene of rooms leaves quite a lot to be desired. When I checked into the room, I wiped down the floor with Clorox wipes and they all turned black. Swatted 5 mosquitoes or so in the room. Curtains are stained. The water pressure from the showerhead becomes very weak as you turn the water to the warm end, probably to save water, but at the expense of the comfort of the shower. There are no kettles supplied in the room. You have to go to the restaurant downstairs to get hot water which is a source of inconvenience.

The room was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The only problem with the stay was a barking dog outside so maybe ask for a room on the top floor. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money

The street noise was very bad, with a rooster crowing and dogs fighting all night long from across the street, with minimal sound-proofing. That, and the swimming pool is really a bathtub with pretensions. Other than that, clean enough and close to transportation. Staff was nice and friendly.

Location away from noisy main road is a positive. Shower clogs and you are ankle deep in your own gray water. Had to shut water off so gray water drains as I washed my hair so I do not flood the entire bathroom floor.

Overall, this was not a 4 star hotel. We stayed 3 nights and had no hot water in our room, even after complaining twice. We also booked this hotel because we were able to take advantage if the free tuk tuk service to the train station. However, when we arrived, the hotel said the tuk tuk was ‘broken’. We would have chosen a completely different hotel had we known this. Very disappointed. Staff was really friendly though and the rooms were fairly clean. The hot water and false advertisement was really unacceptable though.
