This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely welcoming and were constantly making sure that I had everything I needed. Even at 12 midnight they were available to help me if I needed something. The food was amazing and the hotel room itself was very spacious and luxurious.

Very clean hotel and room. Staff were very friendly, greeting us each time we came back to the hotel. The snacks and drinks in our room were complimentary which was a pleasant touch. Rooms need a little upgrading but fine for a few nights. Conveniently located to Chinatown and temples but a Grab / taxi ride to other neighborhoods. Not really a walkable city..too big for that and hot and humid. Staff are kind and helpful.

We were there Christmas Eve and it was a fantastic experience. We paid a little extra for their Christmas meal which turned out to beyond our expectations. The food was excellent. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff right in the centre of a great neighbourhood in Bangkok. Several nice restaurants, cafes and sites at walking distance. The only (minor) thing that could be improved is the shower (shower pressure was very low and temperature was inconsistent). However, we would still recommend this hotel!

Really nice property and fantastic service from the staff. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were recently updated, clean and spacious. The area surrounding the hotel is under construction and while we weren’t impacted by noise etc it didn’t feel as walkable. GRAB (Uber) was super easy.
