Relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nice hotel staff, comfortable rooms with a clean bathroom. Walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. Starbucks right around the corner, what more can you ask for?

Nice peaceful hotel.

Very convenient location near mall. Walking distance to kfc and some cafes. Pool was way too shallow but good for kids. I did NOT get asthma from their mattress or pillows, a rare occurrence for me in hotels.

The woman who checked us in with extremely rude, not friendly with a nasty attitude. I book this place because I thought that their indoor pool was nice for my kid even if it was raining they can still use them. From the pictures on the web it looked nice. Once we checked in and our kids wanted to go relaxed at the pool, they were hit with a big disappointment. Their pool looked dirty and bugs was all over inside the pool. Looked like no one took care of the pool and the water was gross looking. If you are looking for convenient in food or things to do then you are really limited. For food you have to walk like 10min. and this place is in an ally. There isn’t much to do in the area for family with kids. I booked a family 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It was a good size unit a pretty clean. We took the master room with some cabinet to put our clothes and the kids took the other room with two twin side bed and literally no cabinets space at all know where to put their clothes. In that room there are no place to put there clothes. The kitchen has dishes, cups, some utensil, a microwave, no cooktop and a sink, refrigerator and balcony that you cannot even go out for fresh air it’s locked. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a quick 1-2 night for a business trip then this place is for you without thinking about going into the pool, but if you are a family with kids, literally avoid this place at all cost! I won’t be returning back for sure, not a good experience!!!!

building / rooms were dated & tired. we booked for cooking facilities but the main pan couldn't be used on induction cook top as it wasn’t compatible so we werent actually able to prepare a meal in the end. we also had a washing machine in our room but no drier or clothes airing rack so found that counter intuitive. found reception staff no very friendly. the photos did not represent the property fairly. we wouldn’t stay again.

If you are looking to use the rail network, forget it. I had a car so it suited me. Gym was not equipped for a proper workout. Pleasant location. Kitchen not equipped for cooking. You could warm something in the microwave oven. Staff were nice. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall, this property did not meet our expectations. Some of the towels clearly needed to be replaced (fraying). The window into the bathroom was awkward. There were no hand towels, only full length bath towels. There’s a ventilator, but no stove or hot plate. It’s obvious that there used to be a washing machine, but no more. There’s a kitchen, a kitchen sink and a warning about leaving dirty dishes, but no sponge or soap. We thought the staff were very friendly. I also am so thankful that they held onto my house keys that I had forgotten, but it took many attempts to contact them to receive an answer. They knew it was from my room, they had my contact details, they kept all the forgotten items, but they never contacted me.
