Our room was spacious and clean with a great river view. The breakfast is fantastic. The free shuttle to IconSiam is a nice perk, we used it several times. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely stay here again when we are in Bangkok. The staff are the friendliest you will find anywhere and they will help you with a big smile on their face with any problem you may have. Big thumbs up for the Royal Orchid!!!

Great well presented rooms. Corridors are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Both pools are lovely well maintained. Free shuttle boat is great too and staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has a charm about it that some would call dated, it all comes down to personal taste, I like the traditional aesthetic. The staff faultless, helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable.

Property was really nice and Iconosiam mall was just across the river. The property offered free boat shuttles to the mall. There are plenty of Taxis waiting outside to run people around town. Was really close to the Palace and the palace monestary. Rooms were clean and had some very nice views of the area!
