Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disappointing and inconvenient location The photos gave me the impression that the property was easily accessible from the street, but it is actually tucked inside a narrow alley and feels isolated. The location was very inconvenient and unsuitable for our family, so we moved to another hotel after checking in. Management also refused to refund any of the unused nights. I would not recommend this property.
