One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was lovely and spacious, everywhere was immaculately maintained and the staff were super friendly. We loved the breakfast area where you could either sit outside next to the river on inside where it is air conditioned. The breakfast is very good quality.

Overall great experience. Hotel/rooms are well maintained, pool is great, both restaurants and bar excellent, service very good. Shortcomings: massage, being many fold more expensive than outside, does really not justify the price. The environment is good, but massage worse than outside of the hotel where it costs less than 10 £. So, a contrast, not justifying current set up. Rooms are great, but compared to 3 seasons, mandarin, few details missing. In the bathroom, there should be more amenities like shampoo, cream, etc. and the bar should have more diversity. Congrats on keeping in a good shape this unique establishment.

The Peninsula Bangkok is a special hotel with even more special people. I have travelled across the world and never had a better total experience at a hotel. From greeting at the arrival to assisting with departure. The room was exceptionally nice bathroom that included separate tub and shower. Daily housekeeping and turndown services were superb. In addition, daily delivery of complimentary light snacks added a nice touch. When I return to Bangkok, I will not have to do any hotel searches, as I know that I will return to the Peninsula Bangkok.

We felt welcomed, the staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast at the river cafe terrace is marvelous! The waitstaff was very attentive, welcoming, the service was excellent! The assistant director of food % beverage, Fredrick Salazar, greeted us everyday and provided world class service!

One of the best hotel in thailand, they treated everyone like VIP and there’s an amazing complimentary infinite boat ride and the breakfast one of the best. Their restaurant amazing. My girlfriend said it was like a white lotus episode. The staff is amazing one the best staff in the world. I hope they all get raises for how amazing and spot on they are, they’re so nice i would not be suprised if they drove me to the airport themselves
