Our only quarm was that the big pool is closed for months (didn't advertise that anywhere when booking). And there was so many people for the little alternative pool. Other than that, we have zero complaints. It's a lovely hotel."

This was really convenient because they had a great selection of food, and the staff were always very hospitable and welcoming. I felt very safe in the hotel."
