A special mention goes to Kritthanathat Kultanachot from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our entire stay. We were once again impressed by Executive Chef Avinash Rudola, who, for the second time, surpassed our expectations. His culinary creations at the breakfast buffet, the lounge offerings, and the dinner menu at Restaurant Mozu were all exceptional. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. I’d also like to express heartfelt thanks to the female staff member at the entrance (sadly, we missed her name). She took care of all our transportation needs and even ensured a seamless send-off when the hotel limousine van brought us to Suvarnabhumi Airport. She personally coordinated with the hotel’s airport staff to meet us upon arrival."
