"This is a high class at a great price. Big breakfast spread. Easy walk to nightlife. Short tuk tuk to dinner cruises, but recommend using Grab app for rides similar to Uber.... way cheaper than taxi or tuk tuk."

"Pool area was nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms very spacious. Inside of hotel was amazing and the staff took care of us . The conference of hotel being connected to airport was so great. We had an early flight and we walked to airport. Only 5 min walk in tunnel. Love the idea you can check in anytime from the date of reservation. "

"Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location. "

"Had some of the trappings of a five star hotel. The food? Amazing. And the chocolate they left in the room the best I’ve had ever. Big rooms fitness room sauna. DONT MISS THIS PLACE ITS A GEM. My wife is a Thai she wanted me to mention that although the staff had English skills, no Thai skills. They hired a lot of workers from abroad mainly china. This is a sore spot for the locals, so if you’re spouse is a Thai and has nationalist sentiments Caveat Emptor."
