The whole hotel is super spotless. The rooms are beautiful fresh and clean. The food is delicious and the staff at the woodpecker hotel they are very professional and very well trained in good customer service.

This is a very cheap hotel near the airport so a good location for a night’s stay before flying. It is very basic and tired but very cheap. You would not spend a holiday there. Transport to and from the airport worked well although the mini bus was extremely battered.

Start with the good - staff was friendly and always helpful. Also, proximity to airport is big plus and probably the only reason people stay here. Rooms were small with aged furniture. Wifi was spotty to no existent unless standing immediately next to front desk. Overall - ok. A little investment and renewal/upgrade by MGMT would make the facility much better.

The staff is great! They are doing a lot of updates and building more rooms but they need to have beds that don’t have metal springs poking you all night, the shower head clogs and barely works, the drains are extremely slow in the shower. Please think about the comfort of your guest and improving what you have already

This property looks okay at night but during the day it was terrifying. The building still not completed basically it’s just a building site. The service is poor. The complimentary pick up is a joke. They will not leave until the airport is empty out and you were forced to wait in the airport for over 90 minutes.

Excellent location for meetings at the airport. The driver was great. Staff not rude, but not friendly either. Dead mosquito smeared on the wall in the room. Wi-Fi connection not available in room 120 and only one (Senegalese) TV-channel available. Not possible to borrow an iron to iron my pants (laundry staff weren't available in the hours before and after we were working). Extremely noisy - bring earplugs! First night someone was hammering on something somewhere for hours around midnight, 2nd night some kind of pump (!) made insane noisy outside the window all night. In summary, it works, but adjust expectations. The experiences matches the very reasonable price.

Well I was not really happy found the hotel appealing to the eye , know entertainment at night plus the electric went off and on like a Christmas tree you could be in the shower offf try to look for a towel bk off put you clothes on off don’t know what was going on with the electric I will be trying not to stay there again even when going bk to the airport the van broke dwn if I new how to get some money bk frm this holiday I would
