"Spacious rooms and large yard space!!!!The ceiling in the kitchen was cracked.The tub in the master bedroom was cracked.Every closet had random items thrown in.Found a few dead roaches.The patio could use plenty of cleaning.The drive way is so steep, good luck getting a car up it. The yard needs some maintenance.Nicest thing at the property was the washer machine...that we didnt use."

The place has 3 bigger bedrooms and, 2 full baths, a main floor, a downstairs with a full bath, bedroom, and a smaller living room. Oh, a full kitchen with most of the basics. We took an Uber downtown, Atlantic station, and Martin Luther King JR. Sites, all $7 or less. I think a public bus runs on that street but we didn’t explore it. Smart tv’s so...
