"Good news first. Stayed for 5 nights. Great hotel. Good location. Room is well lit. Very comfortable bedding. Great bathroom and shower! Front desk staff was fantastic and helpful. We would absolutely return to this hotel. Now the bad news. Housekeeping was the worst we've ever experienced. Anywhere. Every single request was ignored. Requested the room to be serviced multiple times (their policy is to clean the room once every three days unless specifically requested. Which we did) Simply ignored. Front desk staff was apologetic and by the end, embarrassed. Requested extra hangers from the moment we checked in. Didn't receive them until the third day when the front desk delivered them personally. Requested extra towels. Forget about it. Ultimately we picked them up from the front desk ourselves because, "housekeeping had left for the day." Room cleaned once in six days, (five nights). Just terrible. The hotel needs to address this deficiency (and with more than simply responding to this review with a "thank you for bringing this to our attention." We brought it to the hotel's attention almost every day. Still, despite the terrible housekeeping, we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Portland."

"Staff was great. We had arrived during the Hilton global system downtime which made checking in a little challenging. Registration staff were working HARD and did their best to get us our room asap, which was appreciated. One thing I'd like to mention is that the filling up of supplies, especially body wash/shampoo/conditioner needs to be dbl-checked. Bottles of body wash and shampoo were completely empty so it was a good thing we had brought our own to use. Staff in the dining area, including the omelet station, were great. Area clean and service great with lots of food options."

"We really enjoyed our stay - they give you a complimentary drink including alcohol from the bar and bread and soup every evening. Because of the fires in Oregon we had to change our plans and they were able to accommodate us for 2 additional nights. Staff are always cleaning. Excellent hot breakfast and many choices - example fresh fruit - bananas, apples or oranges. Highly recommend them."
