"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. "The hotel was in a very convenient position so we were able to park the car and leave it for the length of our stay and move around by foot or light rail. We also enjoyed catching the ferry to Stockton. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean. "
