Great value for money and in a very close location for skiers. We were just minutes from the slopes, which made getting out on the mountain so easy. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a ski trip — we’ll definitely be back!

The staff was rad, the room was laid back, my only complaint was their jacuzzi tub in the room would take all the hot water from the unit when you tried to fill it. It was almost pointless to have it in the room unfortunately

Nice accommodations, but lacking in kitchen utensils and cookware variety. They had a difficult time trying to clear the snow and plow the roads. Many cars parked in front of units where they needed access to remove snow. Several vehicles without 4 wheel drive could not get up hills. Make sure your car has chains and bring sand bags. Website is not updated but they have an indoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub!

The hotel, was wonderful. The staff were really helpful and charismatic, easy check in and out process. The room itself was fantastic, I didn’t know it had a washer/dryer and the dishwasher unit is a god send. Will definitely be back, if you are in a bottom room it can be a little noisy upstairs but that’s to be expected and is out of the hotels control. I had a wonderful time!

Staff was great, rooms very clean, but noise level on bottom floor was unusually loud. We could literally hear each person walk across the floor above us, plus each time the toilet flushed or shower was used, you can hear clearly. Also, there was no hot water in our shower.

As always this place was fantastic. We try to stay there anytime we are up there visiting our son at App State. Clean rooms, great customer service and the price is better than staying at a hotel for what you are getting. Like home away from home. Our youngest son really enjoys the fishing pond.
