This condo is conveniently located to all Beech Mountain has to offer. Small condo association with only 2 units so to afford peace & tranquility. Once inside the condo everything is on a single level. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, electric fireplace. 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed sleeps 5 comfortably. 2 full bathrooms 1 with a shower/tub combo and the other with a nice walk in shower.
2 smart tvs for your enjoyment. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Beech Mountain

There were no fans nor air conditioner. Even in the winter there needs to be air circulation. The property had other delapidated buildings on property with construction debris everywhere. The parking requires you to pretty much drive right through it. We were not happy. Would not recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m glad we were there only one night. While I can see the effort on restoration, it is not ready for guests. In the driveway we dodged broken glass and construction screws, nails and metal. We were not happy about that neither was our car. Even though this is a Winter destination an effort should be made for some air circulation. There were no ceiling fans or portable fans to be found. The temperature and the fact it was so humid added to our negative review. Overall it was fine for short term but I would never choose to stay longer than we did. It will be a cute place once finished and the location is ideal! Good luck on your restoration.
