"If you are in your 20s and coming here after a night out, this is your place. If you are in your 40s this is not your place. It is difficult to get a good nights sleep here. Ended up checking out early. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Some of the staff could use an attitude adjustment."

"The hotel staff kindly stored our bags for us while we waited for our room. The hotel staff tried to put us in a room with many stairs. Stairs to the hallway. Stairs to the room. And even stairs from bathroom to the bedroom. I had to refuse it and request another. Thankfully they found us another."

"lovely hotel, lovely room. The only downside was tea/coffee facilities in the hallway rather than the room - i like a tea in bed before i get up but didn't want to go and make it in my pjs! Disposable cups not very eco friendly either."

"The room was very heavily perfumed, but clean. Not a lot of room to walk with our traveling suitcases. We did upgrade, so not sure how small the non upgrade room was. Would have enjoyed the windows opening more than an inch with the heat wave and only a preset fan going, no a/c is understandable but being able to open the windows overnight could have cooled the room a bit. It was a steady 80° inside the entire stay, even with closing the curtains against the sun during the day. We did try the...

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was super easy to find. Only a short walk from the subway station. I would definitely stay again next time. Room was little small but for a solo traveler it was perfect especially as someone who was out exploring all day. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also clean."
