"Great 2 bedroom apartment close to Jaffa Street. The views and balcony were incredible. For me, this is the highlight. The property is spacious with good common spaces and kitchen. The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the old city and 5 minute walk to market. Overall, the location was very central for West Jerusalem. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had high hopes for this apartment based on the description and the pictures in the listing. The good: - good hot water pressure, air conditioning and washer and dryer (except dryer broke 4 days into our 10 day stay and they never fixed it) The bad: - the pictures do not match up to the apartment. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. "Very nice staff - very helpful with everything. Common area kitchen allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos for free, which is very nice!! Room is nicely appointed, hotel is in a great location. Not for the disabled, as you have to climb several (15) steps to get into and out of the hotel. Other than that, a great place to stay!"
