"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night"

"Location of hotel is amazing overlooking the Guggenheim… sunset views from rooftop deck are without equal . Such great service at all levels thru house maids,desk staff,wait staff in all restaurants and bars … also PARKING!"

"Es terriblemente incómodo para una pareja hospedarse ahí. La cama doble está apoyada por uno de sus costados en la pared, por lo que resulta muy incómodo. Al igual que moverse en ese espacio con dos maletas."

"The trundle bed is far too low and big gap between the mattress and the wall - the room was large enough for a proper size bed which would have been more comfortable. For goodness sake put handles on the bathroom doors!"
