"So disappointed with our very expensive room with terrace. Bilbao is wonderful and the view from the room was spectacular but there were lots of little details that let the experience down; there was a cigarette burn on a cushion on the terrace chair, another large burn mark on the bathroom sink surround (hot hair tongs?), the planting on the terrace was looking very sad and eaten by bugs, a raucous party on first night in the room next door, scraping sounds of furniture from 6am which were from the breakfast terrace directly above. It’s not what we expected from a 5 star hotel and certainly not for the price. "

"This is an ok hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work and when you opened the window the road noise was loud. It’s a convenient stop near the motorway and there are lots of places to eat and drink at the nearby shopping centres. You can catch buses into the centre of Bilbao just a short walk away."

"Convenient hotel. Stopped here before our ferry from Bilbao back to the UK. Has secure underground parking and free ev charging. "

"Everything was fine. Would make a couple of comments. Building is on a corner, there is some traffic noise. Might be a problem for light sleepers. Similarly, there are neighbours some of whom can make some noise ( and so can you, so respect them ). Location is superb for link to metro. No shops in immediate vicinity, but 3 modest sized supermarkets one metro stop away @ Errandio.Residential area, unregulated car parking available, but might be difficult at times. Better if you use public transport ( major roads are tolled anyway so public transport is best option for a small party )."

"Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June. "

"We were 3 adults staying for 2 weeks. The apartment was very comfortable for a 2 week stay with shopping, restaurants, and transportation links close by."

"Great place on the 15th floor with a nice view of the city. Quite. Our only problem was we don’t speak Spanish which made the self check in process somewhat challenging. The owner has a garage available which made parking much easier. "
