"Very good communication before and during stay. The owner met us at the property on arrival and delivered a very concise brief of the property and surrounding area. He also came in most days to service the swimming pool etc. The property is ideally located, only a 20 minute drive into Naples. Would deffinately recommend it to friends etc."

"A stunning property with large terrace and pool, overlooking the Faraglioni, near Marina Piccola. The villa is walkable but bear in mind that Capri walkways are full of stairs and narrow roads, so plan accordingly and pack light. The property manager Luca was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay... making dinner reservations, booking taxis for us, and making suggestions for the area. Absolutely loved Capri!"

"We booked this place primarily because of the private pool. It was green upon arrival and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It was not and was never even looked at the whole time we were there. We asked for money back for that and other problems there were with the property. Like a sink leaking, doors being unable to be unlocked from the bedroom which in America would be a fire hazard. For a place that sleeps 13 there were four normal chairs outside. The host from start to finish was wonderful and helped us make taxi bookings and dinner reservations and provided recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The house is comfortable and clean. "The outside was very nice. View was lovely and plunge pool very nice. Inside was clean but ants kept climbing up the walls. The biggest issue was meeting the girl to get the keys. I was told by the owner she could arrange transfers, a chef or anything else we wanted. I contacted her prior to arrival and she promised a driver. No one was at the dock to meet us. We got to the house she didn’t show up for 30 minutes. We were stuck outside with luggage and 7 people. She couldn’t arrange for transfer...

"Just returned form a Italy vacation and our two night stay in Capri was very nice. the home was as advertised, spacious, and beautiful views. we loved the location, somewhat away from the hustle and bustle, and we were able to walk to beach and nearest town square from home. "Large comfy villa with superb pool and outdoor areas to enjoy. Beautiful gardens and stunning views of the sea with complete privacy. We hired a car to get around the island for day trips but there are a few good quality restaurants a short 10 min walk down the hill towards the sea front. Di Meglio Pizzeria and La Sciavica were both superb. La Mortella gardens were a 1 min walk from the villa and a must see as they are amazing. Would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil spot to enjoy Ischia...

"As others have stated, the property overall is beautiful. The inside could use a thorough cleaning particularly the bathroom as the shower curtain had mold. The adjacent extra bungalow had some mold throughout and an overall musty odor. Be prepared to walk up or down hill to get to the various local hot spots. Rita was very easy to work with and arranged for luggage porter service to get the bags to the ferry upon departure. That service was worth every penny! Overall I would come back with...

"Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed."
