  • Villa Alka is situated in the heart of Istria, on the outskirts of a small village Grandici.
    The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 5 minutes drive in town Barban

    The house is newly built and modernly decorated.
    The private garden features a large
    swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outside dining table

    The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms,
    and 2 bathrooms the house has
    a capacity for 7 people, while extra child cots are available
    The kitchen is fully equipped , with a spacious and comfortable dining room,
    the living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large comfy sofa and a large screen tv. The interior is air-conditioned, and free Wi-Fi is available

Super Garten und Pool. Wlan leider sehr schlecht. Haus ist nicht neu aber sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub allerdings konnte man gar nichts ohne Auto machen.
