Let yourself be charmed in this charming house in a rural setting with rustic exterior and modern interior. The stone-covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy delicious barbecue dishes, while the stylish interior offers all comforts. This house in Orihi, spread over two floors, can accommodate up to five people. On the first floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room, which is connected by a wonderful wooden staircase to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. There are also two parking spaces on the property, so this house really has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

Odlicno

Odlicno mjesto za boravak i odmor, a lokacija savršena za istraživanje pošto unutar 30-45 minuta stignete do bilo kojeg kraja Istre, a opcija za dnevne izlete ima koliko hocete (pocevši od Svetvincenta u blizini pa gdje vas put dalje odvede). Kuca nudi sve osnovno za boravak, ali što se tice ukupnog dojma nadmašila je naša ocekivanja. Jako ugodan ambijent u prirodnom zelenom okruženju. Domacini su za 10, vrlo pristupacni, srdacni i druželjubivi. Za svaku pohvalu i preporuku, hvala na gostoprimstvu :)

Istrien super, Objektbeschreibung irreführend

Wir wurden von unserem Vermieter und seiner Frau sehr herzlich und entgegenkommend begrüßt. Entgegen der Objektbeschreibung und unseren Erwartungen stand uns das Ferienhaus mit dem dazugehörigen Hof und dem Garten nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Zu dem Objekt gehören 4 weitere Wohneinheiten, von denen 3 vom Vermieter und seiner Verwandtschaft genutzt werden. Die 4. Ferienwohnung wird durch eine andere Vermittlungsagentur vermietet, sodass auch andere Urlauber gleichzeitig mit uns anwesend waren. Beide Häuser waren für Hunde erlaubt, was auf so engem Raum auf dem Hof unter Umständen zu Problemen und Stress führen kann. Wir haben das David mitgeteilt, der sehr verwundert über diese Situation war. Wir waren recht enttäuscht, da wir ein Ferienhaus mit Umfeld zur alleinigenNutzung erwartet haben, so wie es eigentlich bei vermieteten Ferienhäusern üblich ist. Wir haben uns schließlich mit der Situation arrangiert. Das Haus selbst war gemütlich eingerichtet und Küche und Bad hatten alles, was man braucht. Den Vermietern nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön. Wir empfehlen, die Hausbeschreibung anzupassen, sodass man als Interessent erkennen kann, dass es sich um Reihenhäuser handelt, die den gleichen Hof und Garten nutzen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Orihi ist eher ab vom Schuss. Bis auf die Gockel der Nachbarn war es sehr ruhig, aber nach ein paar Tagen hört man sie nicht mehr. Wohnung war ychön eingerichtet. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sitzplatz vor und hinter dem Haus. Man konnte der Sonne entgehen. Vielen Dank
