"For the cost I paid, I expect a hotel of this stature to be nearly perfect. The furniture in the bedroom was in need of a lot of repair and painting. There is no menu at the pool and you don’t know how much the drinks cost and getting service at the pool is difficult. I expect more from a 5-star property at this level and at this cost. The hotel feels run down and getting old and is not being modernized for the rates it expects to be paid."
