  • A renovated 50 m² fisherman's cottage with a terrace and a pleasant, fenced-in garden, located a 5-minute walk from the beach.
    The cottage features a well-equipped living area (two sofas, TV, storage furniture, dining table with 6 chairs...), a newly renovated kitchen with a full range of appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine...).
    A garden table with 6 chairs, a parasol, and a plancha are provided.
    Ideal for a couple with two children.

Un séjour très agréable à Barbatre

Une maison très fonctionnelle et située à proximité de la plage des Frandières, dans un quartier calme et très sympathique. La cuisine neuve est particulièrement pratique, avec un accès direct sur la terrasse très bien exposée (et éclairée la nuit). Parmi les équipements nous avons beaucoup apprécié la plancha située sur la terrasse, le mobilier de jardin neuf (table chaise parasol et transats), la cafetière Nespresso, et le lave linge et les nombreux fils à suspendre en extérieur. On aurait apprécié davantage d'ustensiles de cuisines (fouet, crêpière, plat Pyrex, torchons vaisselle ...), un peu plus de matériel de nettoyage (serpillère, pelle balayette ...) s'agissant d'une 1ère location cela évoluera très probablement. Les serviettes de bain étaient en nb suffisant et neuves. La literie des chambres est très confortable, un peu moins sur le canapé BZ mais pas mal quand même. Samuel est un hôte disponible et sympathique. Nous avons été accueilli par Isabelle, voisine tout aussi sympathique. En bilan, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison propice à la détente et au calme, à proximité des plages de sable et du passage du Gois.
