Stayed two nights. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Used the gym and protocol was excellent. You had to sign up for a certain time, limited to 2 and gym and equipment were clean and staff brought extra wipes if we needed them. Hotel was under renovation, but area we stayed in was great. All staff wearing masks and supporting social distancing. Good job Holiday Inn!

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bed was comfortable! Great shower pressure. Quiet rooms. Close to highway/food-but not noisy. Would definitely stay there again

5 stars seems to be a quick response but I have stayed at this hotel twice so far and I have never had an issue*. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and well equipped. The facilities and morning breakfast round this hotel out as a pleasant place to rest.

I stayed for night, my room was clean and Shonnon was very nice and polite. This will definitely be my go to place when I go back to visit!

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms as well as the restaurant bar area are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The food was excellent. Great menu. All staff members provided exceptional service. The general manager was always about and very engaging. We highly recommend and would happily return.

Morgan, thank you for welcoming us and helping to get us settled! Our room was quiet, clean & comfortable.

Enjoyed the overnight experience during our daughter’s move. Very comfortable with an amazing breakfast!

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Stan Hywet... good location and close drive to Akron. Check in was simple and they allowed early check-in since I had to get ready for the wedding. Room was clean and updated and very spacious; full kitchenette was unexpected but very appreciated. Would stay here again if I needed to be in the Akron area.

Was just one night but loved the room and the breakfast was outstanding

Wonderful stay. We were there for a gymnastics meet. We were going to have to leave before breakfast service and the employee who opens breakfast came in early and had it ready before we had to leave. It was an excellent location as well.

I loved being able to swim and I loved the breakfast.

Best hotel ever

Went there for a wedding and they were incredibly accommodating

No towels in the pool. But the property was great

Staff was great! Good breakfast, definitely would stay here again.
