The room was smaller than I was expecting but considering the location I think it is normal. In general the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. "We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

If you share, one of you has-to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. Gare du Nord is very close and transport by bus or Metro is easy. Don’t count in a taxi or car service. "Nice, modern hotel, tiny room but very comfortable. Location good overall, in an alley off of the main street which itself is off of the main boulevard, the alley looks a bit trashy but the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, no noise from the club a few doors away. Every location in Paris is going to be convenient because there's always something interesting nearby and the Metro will get you everywhere else."

Superb Hotel located near Tour Eiffel
"Ibis Paris is 5-10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and location near everything. My home away from home where me and my friend from US and Canada stayed here for 9 days. It’s accessible by train / metro which is next to hotel and many surrounding restaurants close late til 12am or 2am. There’s also a shared Microwave in the lobby and we refill our water daily at the lobby water dispenser. The front desk staff are helpful and attentive to our needs. The houseketyingvstaff is amazing always there when we need cleaning or refilling supplies. I highly recommend this location and hotel for its cleanliness, value for the money and near all Parisien sights."
