    Bright 88 m² tourist apartment located on Copérnico Street, in
    Barcelona’s upper residential area. It features 3 double bedrooms, 2
    bathrooms with showers, accommodates up to 6 guests, a home office,
    fully equipped independent kitchen, and a large balcony. Fully exterior
    and very bright, with central air conditioning and heating. Set in a
    quiet, well-connected residential neighborhood.

    The space

    Enjoy a comfortable and bright stay in this spacious tourist apartment
    located on Copérnico Street, in Barcelona’s upper residential area, one
    of the city’s most peaceful and well-connected neighborhoods.

    The apartment offers 88 m² of fully exterior space, ensuring abundant
    natural light throughout the day. It features three double bedrooms,
    ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests, as well as two full
    bathrooms with walk-in showers, designed for comfort and privacy.

    The property is equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating,
    guaranteeing a pleasant temperature all year round. It also includes a
    separate home office, perfect for remote work or quiet study.

    The independent, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals
    just like at home. The large balcony is ideal for relaxing, enjoying
    breakfast outdoors, or taking in the neighborhood atmosphere.

    Located in a safe and elegant residential area, surrounded by shops,
    restaurants, services, and excellent public transport connections, this
    apartment is the perfect base to explore Barcelona while enjoying a
    calm and relaxing environment.

    A welcoming, functional, and light-filled space designed to make you
    feel at home from the very first moment.

    Please take into account the following important information before
    booking:

    - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
    however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

    -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed,
    guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will
    provide it.

    -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
    charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.,
    Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier).
    Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the
    charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
    the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
    midnight will be 80euros. -

    If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as
    follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

    - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
    (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
    addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

    - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
    having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
    eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
    prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

    - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
    receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
    you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

    -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
    theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
    facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the
    necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including
    the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and
    windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property
    is the sole responsibility of the guest.
