This beautiful city centre apartment could not be better located, right at Barcelona´s central square, Plaça Catalunya. A similar apartment is almost impossible to find in this area of the city.



This is a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and it can accommodate up to 4 guests due to it has a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. There is also one complete bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.



If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona center has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. The famous Las Ramblas starts just the other side of the square. Also, just on the doorstep is Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla Catalunya, Plaça Universitat and the main shopping street Portal del Àngel. You can get around the city easily with bus, metro and taxi station all in the vicinity. If you prefer to wander around on foot this is perfect to discover the winding streets of the Gothic and Raval quarters or see the Cathedral or Picasso museum in the fashionable Born district. This apartment is a true oasis in one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.







CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Check in after 15:00.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.

Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€.

Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.





HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.

Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.

The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.

The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

El importe de la Tasa Turística deberá ser abonado a la llegada puesto que se trata de un pago obligatorio que deberán efectuar todos los huéspedes mayores de 16 años. Este coste solo se aplica a las primeras 7 noches.

Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
