El camino al llegar no estaba asfaltado y estaba en muy malas condiciones, una vez en el hotel, no nos atendió nadie al llegar, no había una recepción ni nada. El jardín, piscina y zonas exteriores eran bonitas pero se notaban abandonadas y en no muy buen estado. Me dieron una habitación doble cuando pagué por una triple (suerte que solo éramos 2) y es que no les había llegado mi reserva a través de Expedia porque ya no trabajan con ellos. Una vez en la habitación, todo bien menos el agua, no había agua caliente y eso fue lo peor de todo, no nos pudimos ni duchar.

Établissement à fuir. Malhonnête et de mauvaise foi. Nous sommes arrivés par des routes sinueuses et dangereuses. L’extérieur n’était pas propre. Les chambres sentaient l’humidité et au niveau propreté, poussières pas faites. Il était annoncé que le personnel parlait français, ce n’était pas le cas. La propriétaire est arrivée tant bien que mal, nous parlons anglais heureusement. Installer dans la chambre, nous nous sommes aperçus qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau, donc pas de douche, pas de toilette. La propriétaire était partie, elle nous a laissé sans eau et n’a même pas été honnête de nous dire qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau. Il ne savait pas quand ce serait réparé. Donc nous sommes partis. Et même avec un contact Expedia, ils ne veulent pas nous rembourser. Honteux!!!!!!!!!!!! À FUIR!!!!

No recomiendo por la persona que atiende

Muy mala la experiencia. No recomendable sobre todo por la mujer que atiende. Mal trato, no dan factura cuando cobran el impuesto al turista. El sitio es muy bonito y tranquilo pero lamentamblemente en mi caso no ha sido para nada agradable

Superbe maison mais problème hygiène et équipement

Superbe maison, Mais ça s arrête là malheureusement. Dur à trouver, chemin dans ma montagne, la maison n a pas le nom d aya home du coup on passe devant sans savoir . La chambre : Draps blancs remplis de poils et cheveux, des taches se voyaient pas transparence, on lève les draps et le matelas est tout simplement infect. Rideaux ne fonctionnent pas, on nous voit du jardin. Rideau salle de bain ne fonctionne pas non plus. Deux oreillers seulement pas de de couvertures supplémentaires. Pas de tv, pas de shampoing ni de gel douche. Quel dommage maison avec piscine et vue à couper le souffle.
