The location to check in is 4 blocks from room itself. Easy to find with no issues but dragging luggage 4 blocks was a bit rough. Communication from staff was wonderful. The young man who checked us in at first location had zero confidence that we would find room on own without a taxi.

This is a hostel. Not a hotel. Not what I believed I booked based on what I read. The blankets had stains, blood included and was disgusting. I’m glad I only paid for two nights. Only thing good was I liked the location.

Location is good, the property is accessible to restaurants and public transports. Staff upon check- in was nice. Room was clean but there was no shampoo, conditioner and soap provided which was really disappointing! We booked for a double occupancy room for couple and we preferred a double or queen bed. They provided 2 twin beds that are beside each other. Beds were very uncomfortable and there were no comforters provided. Which is another let down.

This property is a hostel however is not showing up as a hostel on the listing. We went in and while the place was clean smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that we actually couldn’t stay there and had to leave.

Dislike: Very inconvenient check in process, the area of the actual place you stay at is a 10 minute walk from the check in. I did the check in online but they still wanted to the documentation there as well. The thick sheets were dirty and there was no windows in the room. Also, there was no shampoo/conditioner and the body wash given was in very small packets when our stay was three nights. Be warned, there is no staff on site. Like: Area of the hotel was good and not noisy. Aside from the sheets, the room itself was clean. Also, close walking distance to all the touristy stuff too.

purposely deceived

Was terribly disappointed because this was listed as a 3.5 star hotel. I even asked if this was a hotel or hostel and the guy said hotel. This is clearly a hostel as it even says "hostel" on door. As a hostel goes, it wasn't bad but it was priced like a hotel, and the strong solvent smell made my daughter throw up. In the end, we had to book a different hotel and eat the cost. I fully believe this was done on purpose by the property- i got no refund and do not appreciate being taken advantage of.

They sent us the wrong code and we could not get into the property. We arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight and we were forced to look for another hotel to stay that night since the code Expedia and the hotel sent us did not work. Hotel staff admitted the next morning that the code we got no longer worked. This is unaxeptable! 3 women in the middle of the night trying to find a place to stay and everything was sold out!

The problem with this hotel is that the front desk is located in an other location 10 minutes away from it and the reception is open just until 4 PM. There's a number you can call for assistance ("atencion al cliente"). I called at 4:10PM because the safe in the room wasn't working; the person who answered was not very professional, he answered me that no one can take care of the guests after 4 PM and that nothing would happened, I could leave my stuff out of the safe..... I asked to resolve the problem but no one did it, not even the next day during the working hour. I wonder what can happen in case of a more serious emergency... there's no "atencion al cliente"

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba tal como se mostraba en las fotos, todo estaba impecable. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está muy cerca de la sagrada familia así como de avenidas principales. Desde nuestra llegada, nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y estuvieron siempre pendientes de nosotros, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

チェックインの際は無人。 事前にホテルに入るコードを言われたが、間違えており、入れず。 メッセージでやり取りするも、ワッツアップで パスポートコピーを送れと要求されるが、当然持ち合わせてない。 スタッフを送らせとのことで、対人でチェックイン。45分ほど貴重な時間を外で過ごして不快。いずれ一部返金を要求します。 しかも部屋は地下。窓も開けられず。 御社の画像とは全く異なります。
