Apartment in the center of Barcelona with a furnished terrace, spacious living and dining area, three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer.

This bright and welcoming space with high ceilings offers air conditioning, central heating, free WiFi and safe box.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

An ideal accommodation for large families, families with children, groups of friends, and business travelers.

Perfectly situated for enjoying the city, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya.

The property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.



House Rules:

Tourist tax not included in the price. €6.88 per adult per night.
Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting Oct. 1st, 2025.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.

No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.

Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table.

Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.

On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Everything about this location was wonderful. In the heart of the city and the staff made everything extremely easy for us from booking taxis to and from the airport to ensuring there was a bassinet for our baby. We had a truly great time in Barcelona and this stay was a big part of it.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. It was quiet even though in a busy area and perfectly comfortable for 2 couples. A few additional amenities (a rug in the living room to warm the environment, hooks in the bathroom, a box of tissues) is offered as a suggestion. But it provided a solid home base for our stay in Barcelona.

This property is as described and well situated in the city. It is spacious, clean and quiet. The check-in and out was easy and we had access to the property team (although needed none!). Great restaurants and access to metro nearby. Added bonus for the air conditioning in the extreme heat!

My family and I had a great stay in this apartment. The space was big, clean and had AC which was definitely needed for our stay in July. We were able to walk to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter easily. Hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. The check in instructions were super easy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone planning on visiting Barcelona.

Couldn't ask for a better location to see Barcelona’s sights. The apartment was great. It's set up as a rental property, so it felt more like a hotel room, but it had everything we needed. Cafe right downstairs and a fantastic bakery a couple of doors down. Great restaurants located within a short walk. The gothic quarter is just a few blocks away. Highly recommended.

Designer’s Three Bedroom was very spacious. Six adults with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a challenge. The third bedroom is a loft with squeaky stairs. Tiles in bathrooms are slippery when wet and anti skid strips would be a plus. Our coffee maker was not working but management quickly got us a new one. It is a perfect location.
