Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms near Passeig de Gracia. The best thing about this apartment is the location, which is really good.

It is located between Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia, close to Gaudí monuments and shopping areas.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms:

1 bedroom with 1 double bed

1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds)



There is a kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets, iron and hairdryer are included.



Please note that the apartment (32m2) is on the ground floor next to the building entrance and the lift.

It is an interior apartment with small windows overlooking the inner courtyard.



The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample. It is a very safe, peaceful yet active area full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where families mix with the young and international atmosphere.

On the same street as the flat, there are several restaurants, cafés, art galleries, etc.

Great location - some challenges

This apartment is in a great location. Could be nice if you are just staying a night or two. I didn't find it ideal for long stay. Most notable is that I had challenges with the management company Aparteasy. I notified them on day 1 that the shower overflowed, and reached out daily to follow up. After being driven to call and yell (not my style!), they fixed it on day 7 of my 11 day stay! So every day I had to shower 1 minute, turn off and let drain for 4 min, then on for 1 min etc. and have flooded floor. They had said they would discuss a refund with owner but never followed up on that. VRBO tried to contact them via phone, email and text and never got any answer. So do beware of Aparteasy. Things to note: There is not a single closet, drawer, shelf or hook to put your clothes. So expect to live out of your suitcase on the floor. Same with the bathroom - not a single towel rack, soap dish, shelf, hook etc. (I purchased a towel rack and soap dish so they may still be there) And there is 0 natural light - there is a window in the bedroom that leads to a dark alleyway and one in the kitchen that opens into the building foyer!

Bien placé. Correct. Personne sur place respectueuse et aimable. Agence au téléphone depuis la France a été compliqué pour avoir des informations sur la réservation et on a du aller jusqu'à l'agence. Assez galère. Sur place tout a réglé et bien géré.
