Beautiful apartment overall, however needs a little TLC like cleaning floors, painting of the walls, getting rid of sewer smell, and getting the TV to work. Very spacious and worked great for our family of four. The back patio was absolutely lovely.

The location and views were great! Be aware there are stairs involved even though there is an elevator.
