Not the best experience

A nice hotel in a so so part of town. We paid for parking but weren't explained that if you park on the street for more than 2 hours your vehicle will be towed. Quite a hassle to go find our vehicle and quite expensive to recover it. Someone also broke a window to our car. Do NOT park on the street! Ever! You can walk to the beach from the hotel but it's a bit sketchy at night with lots of rats, bats and insects. Once you get to the beach it's very nice.

Great beach location for a reasonable rate.

Hotel was nice, small fitness center, decent breakfast. We did have trouble checking in and were given an incorrect room type but we did switch. We booked a queen bed (they cost extra) initially had a room with two twins on opposite walls. Switched to two twin beds pushed together but the sheets were still separated so we were still in two different beds. Great location right by the beach and walkable area to shops and a laundromat. Windows opened in our room and you could see the ocean. We walked the beach area at night there was a good walking / bike path we stayed on.

Great stay for a great price

Good stay with good price and near the beach. Not too close to other touristic areas. It was my birthday and they left me a little surprise/gift for when I arrived, which I really appreciated.

Reception Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet Breakfast was delicious and abundant selection.Staff in dining room were very friendly and helpful..had to leave early morning for the airport, let me in early to the breakfast buffet.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is really good for quick beach access and a short walk to the nearby Ramblas. A small supermarket (Condis) is just around the corner so very convenient. If you are lucky, you will get a sea view from your window. The only downfalls with this hotel is the lack of a swimming pool and no tea/coffee facilities in your room.

Cleaning service was excellent! Every day clean bed, clean glasses, clean towels. Floors in the lobby are clean, carpet in the halls were clean. Only sad thing was that the windows weren't clean. (Fingerprints) With a sea view room, we had to open them for a clean view, in November.

The cups used by previous guests were still there. The refrigerator had black stains and a bad smell. The bottle of water in the room had already been opened. I would like to have a long talk with the person who gave this hotel four stars.

Overall I am ok, but this hotel is just far from the center of the city. You will need to take a taxi everywhere. two things that are not very happy. First, you can hear everything from the street. Second, one morning I was going to take a shower around 5am, no hot water, the water just not cold.

We booked 2 double rooms with 2 single beds, at arrival we were told one room has been upgraded to have 2 single beds which was disappointing as we have requested both with the booking. Then the shower didn’t work in one of the rooms, which was fixed the following day. If we didn’t have 2 rooms booked, we would have not been able to shower at all as a change of room was not possible.

Hotel is very clean but property is old and poor service. Elevator need maintenance or upgrade. No proper instruction to call front desk or room service no matter which button is used. AC was not working. Water bottle was not provided at all even if it is charged. The only good thing about it is it was close to the conference area. Not recommended for visit. Price is high compare to other five stars hotels.

This hotel location is far from transportation station (metro , tram and train ) as well as the airport, One of staff is very rude , They market rooms with balcony when you book and come to checkin they offer different rooms than photos. This hotel comparing to other 4 stars hotel in spain and barcelona deserve 3 stars maximum I have requested late checkout at 2 pm the last night of my stay because my flight is at 7 pm , next day at 12 pm one of staff knock the door in spite of putting no disturbance sign at the door then she came in the room while I’m in my underwear….. she didn’t apologize when she saw my request of late checkout the night before …. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful
