The Hotel Balmes had very friendly staff and was a very clean hotel. The owner is passionate about art and artifacts and it shows in the hotel decor.

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The hotel outdoor space is beautiful and tranquil even though we are in the middle of the city. All the staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Will absolutely stay here again

Staff were nice and helpful, our ride stopped across the hotel entrance, and the bellboy already came over to us to help with our luggage. They allowed us to check in early when the room became available. The location was perfect, everything you need is nearby. You can even walk to some major attractions, very impressive. Room is super clean and spacious. Mini fridge available. The slippers they provided in the room are very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub, they have bath salt for you. Nice hotel overall, would recommend.

Clean room, helpful staff. No airport shuttle available. The Executive Single Room had a single plug tucked all the way behind the bed. You’ll have to climb up the bed every time you need to use it, and you can only charge one device at a time, which is quite inconvenient for a traveller. This detail would have improved my experience here.

They don’t greet you when you come in maybe that’s a thing here. Rooms thin walls , I can hear people outside the door and the footsteps and luggage being drag on the floor above . Rooms are big enough, clean and got a great bathroom strong shower with good drainage . I hate it when they don’t drain well so would still recommend this place

Lovely garden and pool, staff is very nice, clean modern rooms and the neighborhood is also great! Supermarket next door and lot of restaurants right around the corner. This was our second stay in this hotel and we totally recommend.
