Excellent hotel in the heart of Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 3 in room 509, which had a lovely private rooftop terrace. Really enjoyable, hotel is massively renovated since I was last here about 17 years ago. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Our huge bed - maybe super king - was extremely comfortable, and the single bed our son had was great, too.

Nice hotel. Central location in the gothic quarter just off Las Rambles so quiet. No frills so no tea and coffee in room. Room was clean and had a hair dryer. Staff friendly most issues dealt with through WhatsApp. I would stay again

We stayed here for three days. Since our flight landed in Barcelona at 6 am, we arrived early, and the staff kindly checked us in and stored our luggage since our room wasn’t ready yet. We returned around 1 pm and received our cards for the triple room with a balcony. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, and the balcony had a nice table. Our favorite part was the location, as it’s within walking distance of La Rambla and the Gothic Square. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very attentive and friendly.

We found black mold on the ceiling in our room, homeless people were sleeping on the other side of the veranda, and people were doing drugs right outside the main hotel door.

Great location

Superb location, just off the Ramblas, but also very quiet. The higher floors with a terrace are great, but the rooms themselves are tiny. Not even anywhere to store suitcases. It also needs to have a safe in the room!

Central localización, Nice costumer service, comfortable and clean ambiance but must improve in plumbing service. (toilet flushing and keep running water) and Housekeeping forgetting leave clean towels. We must ask for all days staying.

This is not a 3-star hotel, i'd expected. The room was clean (no cockroachs) but was small and crowded. There was no safe deposit and the window was not only small but did not lock firmly. The Inn was close to famous Rambla area, but was inside apart from the busy streets, and even being a male, I did not feel safe walking to my place.

The hotel is in the heart of the rambla, close almost to everything, the staff are so polite, check is 24 hours, and we leave our luggage for 4-5 hours after check out in the hotel so we can go out The only thing that is bad is that there was so many dust in the room

It was misleading the advertising says this hotel includes breakfast, that’s the reason I booked this hotel. Unfortunately it isn’t include breakfast and there is nothing else than hot and cold water dispenser. When I asked about it at check in, I was told there isn’t anything else and I could go out for breakfast at my expense. After check in I went to the room allocated for me, when I opened the door there was already another person in it! Had to go down and finally was given another room. Don’t recommend this hotel if you think breakfast is included, it’s not. Not worth the price I paid without breakfast.
