Located in a great location and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Staff was quite welcoming and very friendly. Our room was quite large and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would visit back again!

Great hotel. Terrible customer service.

Website error forced me to pay for my booking twice. I was not able to cancel the reservation and hotels.com would not own up to their mistake and the hotel refused to refund me. Great hotel. Terrible customer service.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, la regadera necesita servicio ya que no sale bien el agua. Me hubiera gustado que surtieran agua todos los dias de la estancia y no solo al ingreso. Por lo demas, todo muy bien.

Correct, bien placé mais manque de services

J'ai séjourné avec mon fils de 8 ans dans cet hôtel une nuit, en marge d'un match du Barça. Points positifs : - Hôtel facile à trouver (mais pas de zone où se garer à proximité avant le checkin) et très proche du Camp Nou. - Personnel très aimable parlant anglais (pas français). - Hôtel propre, literie confortable. - Petit déjeuner varié, copieux et pas onéreux (10€). Points à améliorer : - Le parking ne compte que 7 places, donc vous risquez (comme nous) de ne pas avoir de place pour votre véhicule ; si c'est votre critère principal, ne choisissez pas cet hôtel. Il y a néanmoins un parking ne dépendant pas de l'hôtel à 400m (24,50€ la nuit) ; attention si vous avez un gros véhicule, il est très exigu. - Cet hôtel ne propose pas de café et de thé dans les chambres, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel de cette gamme. - La chambre que nous avons occupée était assez petite. - Pas de climatisation dans la chambre.
