Lovely cute hotel

Highly recommended. Very cute and well-maintained hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It has literally everything a hotel can have. Don't forget their rooftop! Their location is very easy to get around especially with public transportation

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an area that has lots of cafes that are walking distance. About a ten minute walk to La Sagrada. The rooftop bar is cute and relaxing.

Cute Hotel…Poor Room Condition

Overall, the hotel is cute but I was not happy with my room. First, I didn’t get the upgrade I was supposed to get. Secondly, the condition of my room was below average. The curtains were ripped up, the sink area was all rusted, and every five minutes, the pipes in the bathroom made a loud sound that lasted about a minute each time. Despite me mentioning the issue to the hotel staff, no one ever addressed it or fixed it. This was below the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Location is perfect, hotel room is little bit of smaller but its cozy. Hairdryer was broken, room service immediately changed. We couldn’t buy tickets for museums, tours, and many other stuff because our credit card needed bank authorization later we told alex and he help us out a lot. We are so grateful for his help.
