Stunning, spacious property. Thin walls, can hear other people in the building but not at night and slept well. Outside the apartments didnt feel safe and its quite a run down/poor area. However only 10/12 min walk to metro which then is easy to get to Barcelona centre.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful for the last minute booking due to travel issues. It is cute and clean. I like the privacy feeling from other guest. We had two adults and two teenagers in the room. It was a little cramped but we really only needed it for sleeping. It had a kitchen, which was great for saving money. The neighborhood was a okay. It is bit chaotic and I dont recommend driving. Public transit is awesome and you can walk to a lot of place.

It was full of bugs and felt really gross staying there, when we told the front reception he said the bugs are normal. We were freezing at night and only had 1 sheet to cover us , no comforters . The area was alright not much to do and not safe to come back to late at night. The beds were very uncomfortable and the water gets cold if a family of 4 are showering by the last person it is cold. do not recommend this place.

Definitely not what we expected! Nobody works at the reception desk 24/7, just limited hours throughout the day. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated, but very dirty…black mold on wall in shower and dirty floors throughout that make your feet/socks filthy. Rain shower didn’t work, and the shower door leaked water all over the floor. The location is very sketchy and we questioned our family’s safety on multiple occasions. Bath towels and one hand towel provided, but no wash cloths. Would not stay here again.

This property is located quite a distance from the main Barcelona city, however, the Barcelona attractions are a train ride or bus ride away. I had not realized the location when I booked. I booked a stay for six people. The space we were given was meant to accommodate 8 people however, there was only 1 bathroom. This facility is not suited for more than one family being that there is no privacy in the place. There were 3 beds all in one room, a set of bunk beds were separated by a wall. There wasn’t a living room so we pretty much laid in the beds when in the room. Also, I didn’t realize that the unit was on the fourth floor. There was no elevator to get there and the stairs were pretty steep with reduced hallway space. Not suited for anyone with knees or mobility problems. Overall cleanliness was ok and the staff was friendly enough. I had never been to Spain but knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Appartamento grande e spazioso adatto x 8 persone.scale x raggiungerlo un po' scomode.letti comodi,cuscini un po' meno . Il quartiere dove è situato è multietnico.si raggiunge facilmente in metropolitana.

Superbe séjour.

Court séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très propre et bien équipé. Les instructions pour le check-in ont été claires et la communication par WhatsApp est pratique. Pas trop loin de la gare, qui est à 25 minutes à pieds. Pas mal de petites épiceries, boulangeries, pâtisseries et bars locaux à proximité.

Al momento que hice el pago por la reserva debieron de cobrarme todo incluido yo pago en efectivo y después de haber tenido un viaje muy pesante me obligaron a ir a otra de sus instalaciones a pagar 8.80 € cuando quizás lo podía pagar después de dejar las cosas en la habitación...el día que llegamos el TV no funcionaba, las claves eran distintas no me dieron la clave de ingreso al hotel y la de la habitación era distinta

L'appartamento niente male molto spazioso i letti molto comodi, il bagno non ha il bidet. Noi abbiamo soggiornato al terzo e ultimo piano, purtroppo molto scomodo e faticoso per arrivarci, le scale sono tante, ripide e non cè l'ascensore. Per quanto riguarda il sito Expedia state attenti, leggete bene per quanto riguarda l'assicurazione che vi dà scritto molto grande 26€ e sotto molto molto piccolo "a persona", il "non voglio l'assicurazione" neanche lo leggi se non lo sai e se non stai attentissimo. A noi ci hanno tolto 26€ a persona di assicurazione che non avrei mai speso perchè soggiorno era di SOLO DUE GIORNI ed eravamo in SETTE. purtroppo il sito inganna, praticamente abbiamo speso 188€ in più.

この施設は、ホテルの入り口から部屋の入り口までナンバーアクセスキーなので、事前にキーナンバーを得ておく必要がありますが、そのような説明は予約時にはなく、到着時に知ったので驚きました。 部屋はきれいですが、エアコンが効かず、我慢できるレベルですがちょっと寒い（2月滞在）感じがしました。コンセントはもちろんＣ型です。気をつけましょう。

Propre mais éviter les chambres RDC sans fenetre

Chambre propre mais qui donnait sur un couloir donc sans fenêtre hormis un petit puits de lumière. Appartement propre bien équipé mais très mal insonorisé et surtout sans eau chaude le 2ème matin.
