OLA LIVING MACBA 2

Located in the city centre, our two-bedroom apartment has a double room and a single room. It also has two full bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen that allows our guests to prepare their own meals. It is the perfect place for a group of friends or a family looking to stay in a busy area of the city.



The apartment has a washer-dryer as well as Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. It is located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla and the Sant Antoni neighbourhood.



The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.



No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of 6.88€ per adult (over 16 years old) and night up to a maximum of seven nights.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.



Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of 30€.

Clean, Comfortable Apartment in Ideal Location

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who is studying in Barcelona. We have lived in Europe twice before and traveled extensively. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable bed and couch and great location.

This location can't be beat, and the flat is well worth the price. The second bathroom is a nice bonus in a place this size.

Good Stay in a trendy part of town.

Property owners were great communicators, check in process was easy. Apartment was spotless. It was on the 4th floor, but there was a lift. Someone on Vrbo had a moan saying the washing machine smelt of mould, but I thought it was spotless and a great addition. Also plenty of towels & toilet roll. I couldn't fault it and I'd definitely look at stopping here again. Plenty of bars and take aways around.

Great place to stay and Explore Barcelona!

This is exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Plenty of space for the both of us to be comfortable. Very clean, great communication with Ola Living too. Everything we needed was a short walk. I highly recommend!

Easy check in process. Nice furniture and refurbished. The neighborhood of apartment is a little rundown, but we found nice restaurants nearby. Metro is close by the apartment.

Great apartment

Very clean and modern apartment in a vibrant neighborhood that felt safe. Near many shops and bars. Manager was very responsive to notification that elevator broke down and it was fixed the next day.

Location and perfection

The apartment has a perfect location for getting to all the sites and lots of eateries and shopping places close by. Metro is super close too. Apt was so clean and wonderful to have two bathrooms and bedrooms. Very modern, nicely decorated too.

Great size apartment!

Loved this apartment and the fact it had two bathrooms. It was very clean and modern. Loved the new laundromat with dryers directly across the ally. A tip to get a ride is to walk out to the main Street.

Barcelona apartment near La Ramblas

Clean, comfortable, good location near La Ramblas and Placa de Catalunya. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was good for two adults. However, the check-in process was difficult, requiring us to check-in at one address, then take a second taxi to the apartment.

Barcelona at it's best

The apartment is located in a quite, old neighborhood close to Manny remarkable sites, restaurants, history, etc. It is very quite area. The apartment has two large bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a large open great room concept. Even though there is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, there is an amazing laundry mat across from the entrance. Highly recommend

Good Location and Space

The property looks similar to the pictures shown! It is extremely spacious, in a great location, and near the metro stations. I would recommend arriving during the day to ensure easier check in. My group and I arrived late at night and it was difficult to locate the entryway in the dark. Overall a great experience and I would strongly recommend.

Clean place and great location

Location is amazing! Apartment was immaculate and just as pictured. Only issue was was the washer/dryer is one unit and does not dry clothes at all. Other than that it was perfect!!! And they are opening a brand new laundry mat across the street so washer/dryer not even needed anymore!

Tiger Street rocks.

We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. We ate most of our meals within a few blocks. We had a wonderful stay; but the check-in process needs to be fixed. The digital key never worked and we were only able to get into the apartment because someone brought us a physical key.

Good place in a an excellent neiborhood.

Pros: great location, spacious apartment. Cons: No salt/pepper, AC should be maintained (the odor was not great when the AC is on). Minor mold in a bathroom. Check in process can be more efficient (the filling multiple forms consumes a lot of time), information should be pulled from the platform.

Comfortable local place in central location

We loved the balcony and Barcelona feel of the place. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Metro and bus are easily accessible from its location. Lots of small businesses nearby. Small washing machine on premises but dryer is a small rack to hang your clothes to dry. Luckily, there’s a laundromat just feet away from the apartment. No refills on toilet paper, rolls are small and didn’t provide a full roll to begin with so be prepared to buy a few more if staying for more than a few days. Prompt communication with maintenance company. Overall a good place and would stay here again.

Barcelona Gothic area

The apartment was in great shape. Clean and spacious. Great location next to the Gothic area. Not necessarily related to the apartment, but it's a bummer that there was so much graffiti on all the building right around the apartment bringing down the feel of the neighborhood. There was also some minor communication challenges with the property managers. We never did find the washer and dryer that they said came with the unit.
