Fully renovated attic of 55 m2 with a large terrace (18 square metres), with table and loungers and fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. It has 2 double bedrooms and an exceptional location. A few metres away you will also find another jewel of modernism, the Hospital de Sant Pau, inaugurated in 1930.
It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area and a flat-screen television. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment will be found with towels and bed linen.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of £6.88 per person (aged over 16) and per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
It is necessary to do the online check-in before arrival, we will be delighted to provide assistance to complete it.
The entry to the apartments is autonomous and instructions will be sent on the day of arrival.
